Refunds/returns on orders that incur a payment processing for us will be charged a 3% processing fee to recoup the fee. PayPal and credit card transactions incur this fee and it is not refunded to us when we refund an order. We still get charged. All product returns must be postmarked within 60 days of receipt; buyer to cover return shipping cost. All returns MAY be subject to a 15% re- stocking/re- measuring fee. The re- stocking fee covers ensuring part count and wire length for all returned items. Credits for returns will be in the form of a refund for all returns within 60 days. Returns after 60 days will be at the sole discretion of Crimp City. If approved, store credit, not a refund will be issued.
You must request an RMA number prior to returning product.
If product has been or shows signs of having been used, cut, stripped, or otherwise damaged, refund will be denied. In the case of striped wire see below exclusion list.
Any damage/missing items must be reported within 3 business days of receipt for adjustment to be made. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
